When I started in diversity, there were no degrees, no certificates that you could get for learning and doing this work. But
diversity felt like the most correct thing I had ever heard of in my life, for I had lived it all my life. It is my passion and my life. I
live it in our family, at work, in my neighborhood and in the world. I can never learn enough about the diversity of human beings
and the ways that we all fulfill our lives. As long as I live I will strive to share this knowledge with others.
