DIVERSE WORKPLACE provides executive search and candidate research services to our
clients. We have built our reputation on a cornerstone of strong and trusting relationships.
We get the job done. Our services include Retained Search, Modified Search and
Candidate Research.
Retained Search Highlights
We identify and telephone screen prospective candidates. Each candidate completes
Candidate Briefing Notes, a proprietary assessment tool. Our First Client Progress Review
Meeting takes place when we have finished the initial research phase, usually three to four
weeks after we begin the search. We use this time to make refinements to the position
specifications and requirements as needed.
We continue the process in periodic consultation with our client. The final phase of the
search includes interviews with candidates and references, culminating in a final slate of
qualified candidates.
Modified Search
Modified Search is a simplified version of the Retained Search process. We build a
database of prospective candidates, contact them, determine their interest and screen
them. We submit the research report, resumes and screening notes to our client for their
review. We conduct personal interview of the candidates selected by the client.
Candidate Research
Candidate Research is the identification and development of prospective candidates to
assist clients to fill specific openings, or, to build databases and pipelines for future
openings. Clients find Candidate Research to be a cost effective tool for their in-house
recruiters to meet their staffing objectives.
